Who we are
Top Quality Offers LLC (“TQO,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a cash home buying business operated by partners Drake Gibson and Daniel Santos. We buy houses directly from sellers and provide cash offer requests through our website at https://topqualityoffers.com.

Information we collect

- Phone calls & messages: when you call or text us at (480) 428-3840, we may collect your number, voicemail, and details you share about your property or situation. Calls may be handled through our Quo phone system.
- Email: messages you send to our business addresses above.
- Technical / hosting data: our hosting provider (Netlify) and similar infrastructure may automatically receive standard server logs such as IP address, browser type, and request timestamps for security and reliability.
- Cookies & analytics: this site is intentionally light. We do not currently run third-party advertising pixels or analytics suites (such as Google Analytics) on the marketing pages. The site may use only what the browser or host needs for basic operation (for example, to show a “request received” confirmation after form submit). If we add analytics or marketing cookies later, we will update this policy.
Form submissions are delivered through FormSubmit to our business email inboxes.
How we use information

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe from texts; reply HELP for help; or contact us at the emails below. Consent to SMS is optional and is not a condition of requesting or discussing a cash offer.
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may share phone numbers only with service providers that help us deliver communications (for example Quo), solely to provide that service.
After you opt out of texts, we retain consent/opt-out records as needed for legal and compliance purposes and will not send further marketing/promotional SMS to that number unless you opt in again.
Retention
We keep personal information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, for example to follow up on offer requests, complete a transaction, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal or tax requirements. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to a small cash-offer business (secure hosting, limited access to inboxes, HTTPS on the site).
